Inside Our Heated Apparel Factory
Buyers often ask what actually happens between a purchase order and a sealed container. Here is a walk through our 5,000m² facility in Shenzhen, station by station.
1. Cutting and Preparation
Fabric is inspected against a four-point system before cutting. Heating element placement zones are marked with laser guides so panels align perfectly during assembly.
2. Sewing and Element Integration
Our 200 skilled workers sew garments on dedicated heated-apparel lines. Elements are bonded or stitched into sandwich layers with protective mesh, then connected to wiring harnesses that route to the battery pocket.
3. Heating Function Test
Every single garment is powered on and checked for zone function, controller response and connector polarity. This 100% function test is the step many low-cost factories skip.
4. Aging and Safety Checks
Battery packs are aged in climate chambers. Garment batches go through wash-dry cycles and post-wash function verification before packing approval.
5. Final Inspection and Packing
AQL 2.5 final inspection covers stitching, labeling and accessories. Cartons are weighed, drop-tested for export and marked to your shipping plan — FBA labels included for Amazon sellers.
