What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is typically 200 pcs per style for jackets/vests, 300 pcs for gloves/socks and 500 pcs for insoles. Lower MOQ may be negotiated for repeat orders or ODM platforms.

Can I customize colors, logos and packaging?

Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM services including fabric colors, logo embroidery/print, labels, hangtags, retail boxes and manuals.

How long does sampling and production take?

Sample lead time is 5–10 days. Bulk production is 25–45 days depending on order size and customization depth.

What certifications do you have?

Our products and batteries comply with CE, RoHS, FCC, UL and UN38.3. UKCA, ETL, TUV and CCC can be arranged based on product configuration.

Do you offer dropshipping or small retail orders?

We focus on B2B wholesale, OEM and ODM. We do not support dropshipping or one-piece retail orders.

Do you produce heating elements and batteries in-house?

Yes. We develop heating films, wiring harnesses and battery packs in-house, which gives us full control over safety, runtime and cost.

Can I visit the factory?

Absolutely. Buyer visits and third-party audits are welcome. We can arrange a tour of the production lines, electronics workshop and testing lab.

What is the warranty policy?

We provide a 12–24 month warranty on heating elements, battery packs and controllers, depending on the product configuration. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defects caused by manufacturing or component failure at no extra cost.

Is there a charge for samples?

Stock samples are usually free; you only cover the courier cost. Custom samples (new color, logo, heating zone or battery spec) are charged at a prototype fee that is fully deductible from your first bulk order.

How deep can the customization go?

You can customize heating zones, voltage (5V / 7.4V / 12V), controller type (button / remote / Bluetooth APP), fabric colors, trims, branding, labels, manuals and retail packaging. For ODM projects, we can also develop a new mold, PCBA or APP interface from scratch.

How are batteries shipped safely?

All lithium batteries are tested to UN38.3 standards and packed in UN-certified inner boxes with proper hazard labels. We ship via air or sea with MSDS, SDS and UN38.3 reports to clear customs smoothly.

What are the payment terms?

Our standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, we can discuss OA, L/C or installment arrangements after a successful order history.
